OLYMPUS 35 IVa 1953 – 1955
Eisenhower was The President of The United States and gasoline cost about twenty five cents a gallon.
This Olympus 35 IVa appears to be something of an oddball. According to McKeown it should have a top shutter speed of 1/300. As you can see, it doesn’t.
It’s not an IV as the IV was “Made in Occupied Japan.” This camera was “Made in Japan.” Fascinating.
