Kiev 2 – “The Soviet Contax”

The earlier Kiev rangefinders are supposedly of better quality than the later ones. I can’t vouch for that as all of my Kievs work perfectly and give nice results. This is my oldest Contax clone.

These are wonderful cameras. The shutter is quiet and the controls are smooth. I love location of the focus wheel and shutter release button.
