ENFIELD MANUFACTURING COMPANY
This stone mill was built during the late 1800's near the foot of Quabbin Hill in Enfield
Center. A woolen mill operated at this site for a number of years. This beautiful old
building was one of the last torn down in Enfield. The buildings walls and it's will to
live were so strong that bulldozers had to be brought to the site to tear it down.
