The AL-1 was an innovative camera from Canon's heyday. The AL-1 QF (Quick Focus) used a series of lights in the viewfinder that helped the photographer to quickly focus. The system work quite well.
I teamed the AL-1 with an FD lens (20mm f2.8) and an FL lens (55mm f1.2) and used the QL system to produce the photos below.
