ADOX BLITZ Frankfurt, Germany. 1950- 1953.

Adox roots go back to 1880 when they were involved with the production
of photographic chemicals and the like. Adox cameras appeared in the 1930's. In 1962
the company was purchased by Du Pont. Production ended in 1965.

The Blitz produces 6x6 cm images on 120 film. It has range focusing, two lens openings, B and I shutter settings. The shutter makes a very cool "click, clack" sound.

This beauty came to me from Charles Foreman in Dusseldorf. I'm sending him a camera to use, too.
